电话客服重复、贵、还容易情绪化。我用开源的 dograh（Vapi / Retell 的自托管替代）搭了一个能真正打电话、接电话的语音客服 Agent。Phone support is repetitive, costly and easily emotional. I built a real voice agent — one that places and takes calls — on open-source dograh (a self-hostable Vapi/Retell alternative).
